How to unlock the Somewhere Over the Rainbow achievement in Like a Dragon: Infinite Wealth - Definitive Guide

Not sure if this is guaranteed to happen but at the start of Chapter 9 it was raining. What you want to do is go to the north end of the map and wait for the rain to stop and you should see a rainbow. Pull out your camera with cn_up and press cn_A to take a picture of it, achievement unlocked.

The game has a dynamic weather system. If you are in free roam and it starts raining, just wait until its finished and look to the sky for a rainbow. Best to be at the beach as the view is more open

I didn't know that, although I'm still unsure at the moment if the rain I got was scripted or not.

The game has a dynamic weather system and it can start raining at random times.

After the rain is finished, look to the sky and find the rainbow.

Take out the camera using UP on the directional buttons and X to take the photo.

Its best to be in an area with less skyscrapers so the rainbow is more easily visible. The beach is best.

Head to Aloha Beach in southeast Hawaii, then wait for a squall. Once the rain starts falling, look out to see, and, eventually, a rainbow should appear. Make sure you have your camera out by pressing dpad-up.png on the d-pad, the be ready to hit button-a.png to capture that rainbow. So beautiful.

Periodically it will rain in Hawaii, it lasts about a minute of real time, and after it ends you need to find a rainbow in the sky and take a photo with the in-game camera.

The rainbow disappears quite quickly, so don't try to take a pretty photo. The rainbow just needs to be in the frame.
