How to unlock the Everybody Loves Ryoma achievement in Like a Dragon: Ishin! - Definitive Guide
Here are all the Bonds and what tasks you need to perform to raise their friendship. They are organized by region. Except where noted, these become available when you unlock that region in the main story. All bind are unlocked and accessible by Chapter 5.

Desperate Fisherman: Between the river and sea fishing spots | Give him fish
Junk Boy: Warehouse behind Teradaya | Give him any item
Woodcutter: Near palanquin stand | Play the woodcutting minigame
Filthy Cat*: Next to the Ferry to your second home | Interact with the cat
Patient Dog*: Near the Dojo, NW | Give him food
Frequently Lost Courier*: | Next to Teradaya | Deliver 5 of his letters, locations are random
Utamaruya Owner: Utamaruya | Sing “karaoke”
Umai Udon Owner: Umai Udon | Play the udon noodles minigame

Mysterious Merchant: Small shack SW of Arms Dealer | Give him: 10 tomatoes, a loincloth, scrap paper, natto, and ginseng

Race Receptionist: Chicken Race Track | Play the Chicken Race
Cho-han Dealer: Gambling Den | Play Cho-han and exit the game after winning a bet

A word of caution, this achievement can bug out and not unlock, even after maxing all the bonds here and it being reflected as such in the Diligence Record.
I'm hoping it fixes itself by the time everything else it wrapped up, but if not it'll require a second play through, should you have the misfortune of encountering the bug

So as far as I can tell, bonds are not shown in the Diligence Record until you initiate it. There could be one you are missing that I have not found either. I will continue to update this and hopefully that is the case!

In case you need to know how to get tuna to complete the bond with the Hungry cat. This was the only bond I had any trouble with
