Make a run to your nearest apothecary and purchase a full inventory of Deluxe Passion Pills. Then go to William Bradley's (the Gunslinger) training hub and launch 'Combat Training 1'. All of the enemies here die in a single bullet, so there should be no issue with dealing the killing blow using your Gunslinger's special move. Simply use Passion Pills to refill your heat, then hold 
and point at the enemies around you.

Even more simple without buying Passion Pills, do Advanced Challenge 7, there's three batches of enemies in a circle, run in the middle of each and hold RT in Wild Dancer. Challenge starts you with max heat so no need to buy anything.

You can earn this with ease using the Gunman and Wild Dancer special attack when doing the Scarecrow training. I had the golden gun and the DLC katanas by the time I got to this, and it made it a breeze.

If you’re having trouble killing enemies with the moves, they can each be upgraded to be stronger. The upgrade that made the most difference for me was using elemental rounds with Gunslinger. You can also use trooper abilities to buff attack power, which can help guarantee kills.
