Like a Dragon: Ishin!

To start this questline, you need to make it to the Tachibanagumi HQ which is located on the second level (up the wooden stairs) in Mukurogai. At this HQ you'll get what is essentially a bounty board, represented in your Completion List as 'Wanted Men'

When you accept a bounty, it will show up in this list and you can click on it to be reminded on where they are as they won't show up on the minimap. Luckily, you'll only need to do the first two bounties for this achievement, Tarobo and Jozo

For Tarobo, you'll find a group hanging out between the 'Shady Bar' and the Rakugai Arms Dealer

For Jozo, you'll see a single man in a Tengu mask just outside of the bridge leading in to Mukurogai. He'll be standing at the building directly west from the bottom left corner of the Scarecrow Chateau. He'll then automatically take you to Mibu for a fight

After winning the fight, you'll be taken back to HQ and recieve 4 ryo and an achievement as a reward
