For each category, only the current level will be visible on the record. When you complete a tier, the next will become visible. Most will come naturally, but some may require

Obtain _ items from pots - 20/50/100
Pray at shrines and Jizo Statues - times - 20/50/100
Play minigames _ times - 25/50/100
Eat food items out of inventory _ times - 30/100/200
Use medicine _ times - 20/50/100
Use a palanquin _ times - 5/15/30
Rakunai Reputation Level - 3/7/10
Rakugai Reputation Level - 3/7/10

-The only area I needed to buy rep increases for was Gion, everywhere else comes naturally

Collect water from a well _ times - 10/25/50
Deliver Frequently Lost Courier packages _ times - 5/10/20
-He is found outside Teradaya starting in Ch 3
Chop _ logs - 100/300/500

Another Life
Harvest _ produce items 50/200/500/1000/1500
Harvest _ ginseng roots - 50
Harvest _ cabbages - 100
Harvest _ taro roots - 100
Harvest _ tomatoes - 100
Harvest _ strawberries - 100
Cook _ times - 10/20/30/50/100
-Once you've made every unique meal, just cook pickles or umeboshi
Play with the dogs _ times - 5/10/30
Play with the cats _ times - 5/10/30
-Pets must be adopted first, see bonds list
Collect _ eggs - 5/10/30
-This still takes awhile with fully upgraded coop, so prioritize that upgrade
Fulfill _ trade orders - 30/100/200
-Produce orders are the quickest
Catch _ fish - 25/50/100
Catch _ tuna - 10
Catch _ big tuna - 1
View Haruka scene outside - 1
View Haruka scene at table - 1
View Haruka scene in bathing area - 1
View Haruka scene at bed - 1
-It must be night for the bed scene

Battle
Defeat _ enemies on the street - 100/200/300/500
Clear Battle Dungeons _ times - 10/30/100
Defeat _ Golden Sneaks - 5/10/20
-There are several spawn points by the Kamo River palanquin stand and the bridge
Defeat the final enemy in a fight with a Heat Action or Special Move _ times - 10/25/50
Destroy _ objects in a fight - 10/25/50
-Requires Brawler style, great place is by Ebisu Pawn in Rakunai
Use Trooper Cards _ times - 500/1000/1500
