This achievement is earned by floating in the air for a period of time, around 30 seconds.
You can do this with either the bubblegum (acquired from Mr. Doddler in the water pad region, for cleaning off his roof) or the balloon (acquired from Darcie in the mountain region, for helping her get out of the sky).
You'll also need all four climbing/stamina bracelets, which will let you hold onto the gum bubble/balloon indefinitely. This will unlock:
The Infinite power!!! achievement in Lil Gator Game worth 73 pointsAcquire all bracelets, and gain enlightenment.
Once you have these items, equip either the bubblegum or balloon, inflate it, and simply wait for the achievement to pop.
You can do this with either the bubblegum (acquired from Mr. Doddler in the water pad region, for cleaning off his roof) or the balloon (acquired from Darcie in the mountain region, for helping her get out of the sky).

I just want to add that once you inflate the item, don’t move and let it carry you up. I kept moving around, and the achievement didn’t pop until I stayed still for a bit and let the balloon carry me higher.

After you get infinite stamina (all four stamina bracelets) use bubblegum or balloon to soar high in the sky (do no move, simply wait for the achievement to pop).
Took me about 1 and half minute for notification pop up.

Get all 4 of the Bracelets from the Monkey (see timestamps below to show where they are collected), this will give you infinite stamina. You need to then collect either the bubblegum which you can get from Mr Doddler near the water pad area or the Balloon which you can get from Darcie who is over in the mountains, once you have one of these and all Bracelets you can ascend. Just stand still and use the Balloon or Bubblegum to rise straight up and it will pop eventually after a minute or two.
