This achievement unlocks after you finish the small island/opening area, and you're directed to check out the big island.
Complete this introductory area by finishing all the quests from your friends and then talking to Big Sis. Turns out there's a lot more to do to make an impression on her!

Story related. Complete the first quest on the small island where you first spawn. Go to picnic area and speak to Jill, collect a sword/stick in the woods then go back and speak to Jill again.
Head over to the decking area over at the right side of island and speak to Martin, collect the dustbin lid for him and go back and speak to him.
I'd recommend buying the 1st Bracelet from the Monkey here by follow water inland to help you climb. Continue heading around up the mountain path and you'll find Avery the frog, you need at least 100 junk to buy the hat. Once you have these 3 items, head back to where Big Sis is and speak to her.
