Lil Gator Game

You need to craft all 48 of the items that can be held in your inventory (hats, weapons, shields etc). These items are gained by making friends with people and doing quests. Some of them you need to buy them so you need quite a lot of scraps for that. I'd recommend leaving this one to near the end, once you have completed the main story you can collect all the scraps easily (complete the game and Jill will give you an option to text her to get the location of the nearest remaining scraps). You can buy anything that you don't have yet all at once at the end and then get all the costume achievements too.

It's worth noting that the 'Martin' shield is not technically handed to you by any character and can be missed but it is obtainable during the game or even after.

While doing Martins quest to turn the water park back on, you'll eventually come to Lucas on the island. After the chat with him and Martin, make sure you go up to the cardboard cutout of Martin which Lucas was hiding behind and press to pick the shield up.

Most of the items will be given to you by friends you make along the way, some will still need crafting. You will receive the last two items from your friends after you've completed the end game sequence. One of the items can help you find the friends you may have missed that be holding onto the loot you need!
