This is for one of the main quest.

As soon as reach the big island you should go to The Great Oak area , where Jill is with her friends.
Completing a series of sub-quests for her friends and finishing up the Jill's quest will unlock this achievement.

Story related. When you get to travel to the bigger island, there is a character on the beach (Esther) who can give you directions but if you head round towards the right and then follow the river inland it takes you towards the Treehouse where Jill and her friends are. Speak to each of her 3 friends and do what they ask, it's pretty straight forward.
