The Lab is located in Bunker 6.
In Warehouses Recycling, go to the upper right, then go through the door to Teleportation Research Lab.
In Teleportation Research Lab, go to the upper right, then through the door to Guard's Headquarters.
In Guard's Headquarters, go to the lower left, then through the door to Bunker 6.
In Bunker 6, go to the left.
In Warehouses Recycling, go to the upper right, then go through the door to Teleportation Research Lab.
In Teleportation Research Lab, go to the upper right, then through the door to Guard's Headquarters.
In Guard's Headquarters, go to the lower left, then through the door to Bunker 6.

None of the achievements for the update hasn't unlocked played thru whole game 3 times and still no achievements, any ideas why?

Can I suggest finding the area in TRL where you need to insert the 3 coloured keycards you been collecting for the other achievements before moving on? Using the teleport there gives you access to what looks like the best set of parts in the game for FREE, unfortunately it puts you right back at the start of the game but the backtracking is worth it, plus it sets you up nicely for the next portion of the game if or when another title updates with new achievements comes. Besides who knows? One of them could be for collecting the armour set anyway.

I followed this video and found it pretty quickly. Definitely take some time to upgrade body and weapons, as the enemies here are tougher and can two-shot a player with low upgrades.
