It depends if there are any Xbox Live problems when you got it that may be why. If not just die and re walk over the egg.

Looks like the correct timestamp should be "03:29" for this achievement.

Chapter 26, where we meet a moth (or what kind of insect it is), you need to go back a little, going down the stairs, and then run forward downhill in the dark. At some point, you run into an obstacle, just jump over and run further, there will be an egg there. There are no traps or dangers, you can safely run.
There is also an entrance to the secret level, so you can first collect all the other eggs, and then take this and go through the secret level.
