This is number 24 in the blocks when you click "load chapter" in the menu area.

Damn thing glitched on me... replayed and collected half a dozen times and it refuses to pop.

Yeah did that for me sometimes all I had to do was keep dying and walking back over it.

I see there is a problem with unlocking achievements right now. I would say that's the problem.

The correct timestamp for this achievement is "02:05" in this video.

Happy to confirm that 02:05 is the correct time for this achievement.
Sad to report that I tried a number of times with the 03:29 guide only to find out I had done that one a long time ago.
