this is very simple to get all you do is when you see your avatar appear on the screen doing a certain pose do the same most songs have an average of 3 of these but some have more

For this achievement you want to play Loser by Beck. It only has ONE timed Gesture at the begining so then just do you best with the song itself. The achievement will pop at the end of the song.

During some songs in certain parts your avatar will appear doing a simple dance move or gesture just copy the move in time,every time in that song and it will pop.

Timed Gestures are when your avatar does a "dance" move and you have to copy it. I think all you have to do is shake your microphone but I'm not 100% postitive. Just dance only has 1 or 2 in the beggining so it's a good song to do this.
