1. Select Co-op Bust a Move
2. Turn your mic volume down to zero
3. Turn your TV volume up
4. Hold the mics to your TV speakers
Took me two tries to get. Don't forget to dance and shake to build star power faster and get the Party and Performance medals.
Note: According to TrueBlade94, this has been patched out but still works if you play offline having cleared your system cache.

I did the above, but did Single player, only using one mic. Scored 4.3 Mil.

For this achievement, it seems you need to get over 4 million points in a song and get all medals.
I did it single player on Bust-A-Move, because you can sing/say anything into the microphone in any key and it will register. As long as you get the timing right, you should fill all bubbles and get your medals.
I had a friend to help me get the party medal (tapping 'A' in time with shaking the microphone) so I could concentrate on just singing & shaking the mic.
Keep a close eye on your star power & use it as soon as the bar is full to get as many stars as you can - they increase your score a lot.

My wife did this one for me. She sang on "Erase Rewind" by The Cardigans. As she sang she hit the A button in time and shook the mike when ever she could. I have posted her video of it.

This is it! Great solution.
I got Infinity on The One I Love with only 2.3 million points, but I concentrated on getting all six medals and hitting all of the notes.

I am absolutly rubish at singing (my wife got most of the achievs), however i managed to get this achieve and enter the top 100world ranking in doing so :)
My solution to any1 who wants this achieve the cheap (cheatin) way is to purchase the song BABY GOT BACK by SIR MIXALOT.
This is a rap song. when it start and the 2 ladies are talkin start shakin the mike and when the beat starts time you mike shakes in time with the beat. Its best to sing this song on a later version of the game (not the original) as this will give you the performance and party medal in one hit.
Now all ya gotta do is make machine gun noises or any noises ya like really down the mike and you should hit pretty much every note.
By the end of this song you will have millions of points, all six medals and an infinity rating.

Can any1 else confirm this, if so i will adjust the solution.

2. Got "Cool" on every phrase
3. Got 293 stars
4. Got all 6 medals
5. Scored 1,485,000 points
I think it is possible that this achievement is linked to getting all the medals and getting "Cool" on all phrases. I'm not totally sure, but hey, it worked for me.

There's no minimum score and no minimum stars requirement for this achievement. All you need to do is get Cool on every page and get all the medals. Just sing a song you know really well and you're set.

I got this one singing "Soak Up The Sun" by Sheryl Crow. I have no idea what's needed to get the achievement singing this particular song, but I ended up with 517 stars, and all six medals.
Except for beginning and a couple short interludes, there's not much time to shake your mic and hit your controller button, but it's enough to earn the medals. I'd concentrate on hitting your phrases with "Cool" each time. I got about seven or eight Vibrato bonuses during the song which jumped the score up too.
The one thing that may mess you up is if they throw some weird Star Stream positions into the mix (I had one where I had to turn around and other that showed jumping up into the air).

I got this by singing "The Reason" by Hoobastank. I hit almost every note perfectly, activated "star power" when I knew there was quite alot of singing coming up and ended up with a score over 2 million, all 6 badges and over 300 stars.

Just sing Hoobastank - The Reason, and make sure you sing this on the ORIGINAL LIPS GAME. I got this achievement on my first try. ;D

The best song to get this achievement is Hoobastank - The Reason. You have to buy the song, it costs 160 msp. but it worths for 40 G. :)

This appears to be the hardest if not one of the hardest achievements there are to gain in this game. It is still not quite clear how to gain this achievement but it seems you just have to max out the song. Most people when they get this have all medals (for both people if in co-op), a lot of stars and it seems to be a score in the high millions from about 4,000,000 up (basically 100%). There is a discusion thread here on the achievement.
TIP: The easiest way to achieve this is on "Bust A Move". You get basically 100% by holding the microphone up to your TV (also remembering to turn microphone volume down of course). You then have to use noise makers and wave your microphone around in the empty sections of the song. All the other medals should be gained by the TV. I think you achieve this rank (on Solo Mode) at around 4,000,000.
