Go to 'Sing!' from the main menu. Select a song you wish to perform and on the video selection screen, go to Options and select Co-op.
Play a song you both feel you can do well on to achieve the highest score. Alternatively you could hold both microphones to your face and sing both at the same time if you don't have a co-op partner, or put one up to the TV.
