After selecting the song "Do You Really Want To Hurt Me" at the Backstage menu change the play style from Original video to Vocal Fighters and play the Full song.
You have to beat the other player by at least 4 points (if you win a round white in star stream you'll earn 2 points instead of 1) a round is won by singing better than the other player, this achievement is far easier with 2 mics.
(Have to be Lips mics)
With 2 mics just get a 4 point lead and let the song finish.
