How to unlock the Party Monster achievement in Lips - Definitive Guide
For this you need to score in all 40 of the Party Classics disc, you need to play the Full song not short. Also to make sure this unlocks correctly play all the songs in Solo mode.
Scoring can mean just getting 10 points, just as long as you score something and finish the song.

There are 40 tracks on the disc, simply sing all of them at least once, in any mode (except the short mode), and you'll get this.

Not short mode, no, as it doesn't record a score in that mode.

Very easy!
Just play/sing all the 40 songs. You can sort by disk by pressing the Y-button. The simplest way is to just start from one end, so you're sure not to miss any.
You have to sing the whole song. No short-singing or quitting out early. Co-op, duel or single, doesn't matter.
