Sing 20 different songs in co-op mode and this will unlock. The scores on each song are irrelevant, you just need to complete the song.

Is it important that i start the game with the No. 1 Hits Disc or will i get that achievement with the game started by any other game disc?!

Short mode doesn't work as it doesn't register the song as played.

You can't start it with the original disc, but any other disc should be ok - pretty sure I got it with some songs started from the Party Classics disc.

When you choose a song you will be given 4 options. Simply choose Co-op. You don't even have to have two people or two mics.
