How to unlock the Too Bold ('80s disc) achievement in Lips - Definitive Guide

To get the performance medal you perform a gesture with your mic in time with the dancing avatar on the screen. Do this for the majority of gestures, and you'll get the performance medal. Do this while singing Too Shy on the "I <3 the 80's" disc, and this achievement will pop when you get to the results screen.
