Note that meeting the requirements for obtaining either the "The Source" achievement or the "I'm Sorry" achievement will lock you out of this achievement; using multiple save files is recommended

Also note that the final choice to "Leave them" or "Join them" does not effect this achievement.

Essentially, this achievement is easily earned if you never seek out any secrets. Never visit the Joy Lab Facility and never view Brad's hallucination.
