All of the achievements relating to completing the final challenge for a company appear to be missable — as in, if you fail it, you cannot try again. So be sure to save before taking on the task so you can reload and change your setup or hire more staff/get more machines and try again.

You can tell which is the "final challenge" as it is marked with a star when you go to the challenges.

Not the case any more. I was able to repeat attempts several times. It might take a cycle or two of the market refreshing but they showed up again.
