Simply pick up a banana from the grocer and walk into a human while it's in your mouth. Be careful not to get caught by the shopkeeper

I have got it to pop up by knocking over a banana onto the floor at the grocer with the cat laying in front

I was trying to get this for like an hour. Running into humans while holding it, swatting at it in front of humans, leaving them in the paths everything I could think of. Then when I'm in the supermarket later in the story, after grabbing the rubber duck up and behind the counter, I accidentally knocked a banana off of the counter while trying to get out before getting caught, and the achievement popped as I was leaving the store. Maybe give that a shot if you're struggling with this one. Seems buggy for sure.
