Little Kitty, Big City

Soon as you complete Replace Beetle's Phone quest you get the cement covered cell phone you can take pictures with. Just take 20 random pictures with down on the dpad and the achievement will pop. Just FYI when taking pictures it pops up on your screen you took a screenshot. I went out and deleted all of them after achievement popped so it didn't upload them to xbox

After gaining access to the Construction Site, avoid the patrolling construction worker (unless you have the Hard Hat on and he will ignore you) and climb to the top of the metal railings/sheets to meet Beetle the Bee at the top corner.

She will give you the "Replace Beetle's Phone" quest.

Leave the Construction Site and knock a human holding a mobile phone over by swiping them with /, pick up their phone with and take it back to Beetle.

After she gives you her old mobile phone upon completion of the quest, press and spam until you take 20 photos.

TIP: If you do this achievement via Xbox Cloud Gaming, no screenshots will be saved to your Xbox therefore you don't have to sit and delete them all later.

Grab a phone go to the construction area, climb and talk to the beetle. When he gives you the camera take 20 photos.
