How to unlock the First do no harm achievement in Little Nightmares II - Definitive Guide

This opportunity takes place at the very end of Chapter 3: Hospital. In order to get it, do the chase scene at the very end, and the doctor will end up in the incinerator. After escaping DO NOT pull the lever. Instead, leave him, and just end the level.

In chapter 3, after you trap the enemy chasing you inside the incinerator, instead of pulling the lever to incinerate him simply enter the lift and leave him in there to die. The achievement/trophy will pop when the lift starts to go up.

To get the First Do No Harm achievement simply do not pull the switch on the incinerator after escaping the doctor during chapter 3 (the hospital chapter). Here is my own video guide that shows how to get this achievement along with all of the other collectible/achievement locations throughout Little Nightmares 2. The First Do No Harm achievement guide is at around the 17:43 mark during the video.

Le Succès/Trophée "D'abord, ne pas nuire" de Little Nightmares 2, doit être réalisé à la fin de la poursuite dans l'hôpital du Chapitre 03. Une fois que vous aurez enfermé votre poursuivant dans l'incinérateur, ne le mettez surtout pas en marche et prenez l'ascenseur pour obtenir le Succès/Trophée.

The "First do no harm" Achievement/Trophy in Little Nightmares 2, must be completed at the end of the hospital chase in Chapter 03. Once you have locked your chaser in the incinerator, don't turn it on and take the elevator to get the Achievement/Trophy.

Chapter 3

This chapter ends with an escape from the doctor, and culminates with you trapping him inside the incinerator. To unlock this achievement, you must NOT pull the incinerator switch to burn him alive. Instead, leave him in there alive and proceed up the elevator, unlocking this achievement.

At the end of Chapter 3, do not press the lever of the crematorium where the Surgeon was locked.

Chapter 3
Just don't kill the boss of the third chapter when the Sixth bans him in the oven, go call the elevator and leave.
