Little Nightmares II

To unlock the X Best Friends achievement in Little Nightmares 2, you’ll need to locate the X-ray machine on the hospital level/chapter three and take an X-ray with Six.


The X-ray machine can be found shortly after interacting with the first TV in the hospital. Head right past the stairs and past an elevator into the X-ray room. You’ll see a handle, jump up and pull it and Six will run behind the screen. Quickly run around and join her before the X-ray is taken. I was holding hands with Six at the time, so I’m not sure if you have to hold hands with her to get the achievement to pop, but that’s what I did, and it worked for me.

In chapter 3, just after you have finished the segment where you touch and tune the tv, head right into the third room on the right downstairs where you will find an x-ray machine. Pull the lever then go behind the screen and hold Sixes hand for the achievement to pop.

To unlock the x best friends achievement in Little Nightmares 2 you'll need to hold Six's hand behind the xray machine you can find during Chapter 3 (The hospital chapter). Here is my own video guide that shows how to get this achievement along with all of the other collectibles/achievements that Little Nightmares 2 has to offer. Vous pouvez débloquer le Succès/Trophée "Une Amitié sous X" de Little Nightmares 2, dès que vous arrivez dans l'hôpital qu'il vous faut explorer au Chapitre 03. Dirigez-vous vers la droite pour entrer dans la pièce de radiologie, actionnez le levier pour activer la machine et placez-vous derrière avec Six. Avant que l'appareil ne s'arrête, tenez la main de Six, afin d'obtenir le Succès/Trophée.

You can unlock the "X Best Friends" Achievement/Trophy in Little Nightmares 2, as soon as you arrive at the hospital you need to explore in Chapter 03. Head to the right to enter the X-ray room, pull the lever to activate the machine and stand behind it with Six. Before the machine stops, hold Six's hand to get the Achievement/Trophy.
