This achievement is story related,you just have to beat the last chapter (chapter 5).

Did not unlock. Went all through the credits and back to the title screen.

Had to do a full shut down of my system, and then reopened the game. It then unlocked.

Did a full system shut down and still have not received achievement. UPDATE: I had to erase from everywhere and replay last chapter for it to pop.

This is story related, you need to complete Chapter 5 to unlock the trophy!

Story related and cannot be missed.

You will get this trophy by completing chapter 5. The only enemy here will be the Lady. She will chase you for about a minute and then you will have to kill her in the last scene. You will need to grab a mirror and stay on the circles of lights, then point the mirror to her face a few times to kill her. There is 1 Statue to collect in this episode.
