If you join a game which already has 2 players of the same class in it (and you're a different class), take note of the gamertag of one of the players. Back out to the main menu quickly, change character and search for the player's profile on your xbox friends screen. Join the game off of their profile.
You do not need to play through an entire level, you can join at the last second and still get the achievement.
Too many times I was in a game with 2 others and I was a different class trying to get this achievement, and luckily this worked! You can also do the same for the achievement for using one of each class.

These achievements are relatively easy but as the game has no custom settings when searching for a game it makes it a little harder to get what you need. The best and fastest way to go about this is to have two friends join you and then you can choose what you need.
If you want to try and join someone else's game through the public search option, then this maybe your next best way. If you land in a game with two other people but one is the same Chassis as yourself. Quickly remember both other players gamertags and then quit out. Now change your Chassis to the missing one or the same depending on what achievement, find them on your most recent list and rejoin the game.
It's worth noting that you do not have to play the whole level. You can literally join and instantly complete and these will unlock.
