This will require two other players.
Each player picks a different chassis, one on Hex, one on Catalyst and the last on Vanguard. Play any mission you like from start to finish and this will unlock.
EDIT: As FaSCoRP mentions below you can join a mission part way through and this will unlock as long as each player is using a different chassis.

In fact, you don't need to play from mission to the end. As long as three different chassis end a level, it will unlock. It does not matter if you join a quickgame and it was already in progress the level.
