I don‘t know if it is a bug but you can play the other Open Protocol Mode on easy and the achievements will unlock.

I found this really confusing so I wanted to add some clarification.
OP refers to Open Protocol Mode
Survival is a reference to the orange difficulty (Transcendent I think)
The Mission you need to select is Extraction which is a 15 minute countdown
So you want to go into Open Protocol Mode, Extraction and select the hardest (Orange) difficulty. However as stated it still unlocks on Autonomous (Easy) difficulty. Each of the 3 time based achievements unlocks after their respective time has passed, so Unbreakable unlocks with 10 minutes left on the countdown, Indestructible unlocks with 5 minutes left and Transcendent unlocks once the countdown finishes and the drop pod lands.
