Ok so this is the way i did it, and along the way you will unlock some other achievements too
The Win the French Coupe De Ligue achievement in LMA Manager 2007 worth 13 pointsWin the French Coupe De Ligue
Okay then to start i suggest picking from Lyon, Bordeaux or Lille OSC, then start the career.
Once in you can purchase players but only if you really want to as its not necessary.
Right the tactic is to save before your next match so that if you lose you can reload and replay the match, so this way you can win every match. Keep playing matches until you come to the end of the season (Red calender item) and you will have unlocked three achievements for 105G... This took me about 3-4 hours

Choose to play as Lyon. You will need to end the season with the highest rating in the Division 1 rankings. The best way to do this is to save before entering the match screen and ensure that you win every match that says "Division 1" at the top of the match screen. If you don't win, reload your save and try again. The achievement will unlock after winning the last match and moving to the end of season activities on June 30th.
