Okay, Spilner has made an awesome guide, however just a little heads up though when playing Italian Serie A:
If you are playing either AC Milan, Fiorentina or Lazio, you will begin with point deduction.
AC Milan will start with -8 Points
Fiorentina will start with -15 Points
Lazio will start with -3 Points

Okay then to start i suggest picking from either AC Millian or Inter Millan, then start the career.
Once in you can purchase players but only if you really want to as its not necessary.
Right the tactic is to save before your next match so that if you lose you can reload and replay the match, so this way you can win every match. Keep playing matches until you come to the end of the season (Red calender item) and you will have unlocked two achievements for 125G... This took me about 3-4 hours

Creech
Choose to play as AC Milan. You will need to end the season with the highest rating in the Serie A rankings. The best way to do this is to save before entering the match screen and ensure that you win every match that says "Serie A" at the top of the match screen. If you don't win, reload your save and try again. The achievement will unlock after winning the last match and moving to the end of season activities on June 30th.
