Ok so this is the way i did it, and along the way you will unlock some another achievement too

Okay then to start i suggest picking from either PSV Eindhoven or Ajax, then start the career.
Once in you can purchase players but only if you really want to as its not necessary.
Right the tactic is to save before your next match so that if you lose you can reload and replay the match, so this way you can win every match. Keep playing matches until you come to the end of the season (Red calender item) and you will have unlocked two achievements for 65G... This took me about 2-3 hours

Feyenoord is the best choice in my oppinion for this leauge.
Negative: The achievement for the cup unlocks right after the match! (Well, you did not state when it unlocks).

Choose to play as PSV Eindhoven. You will need to end the season with the highest rating in the Eredivisie rankings. The best way to do this is to save before entering the match screen and ensure that you win every match that says "Eredivisie" at the top of the match screen. If you don't win, reload your save and try again. The achievement will unlock after winning the last match and moving to the end of season activities on June 30th.
