Negative because on the other guide it says it unlocks at the red in the calendar at the end of the season. Wrong! It unlocks right after winning the final match.

Choose to play as PSV Eindhoven. You will need to have the highest rating in the National Cup AND win the final match in the National Cup series. The best way to do this is to save before entering the match screen and ensure that you win every game that says "National Cup" at the top of the match screen. If you don't win, reload your save and try again. The achievement will unlock after winning the last game of the series in May.
