Choose to play as Chelsea or Manchester United. You will need to have the highest rating in the English National Cup rankings AND win the final game in the series. The best way to do this is to save before entering the match screen and ensure that you win every game that says "National Cup" at the top of the match screen. If you don't win, reload your save and try again. The achievement will unlock after winning the last match of the series in May.
