Choose to play as Chelsea or Manchester United. You will need to end the season with the highest rating in the European Cup rankings. The best way to do this is to save before entering the match screen and ensure that you win every match that says "European Cup" at the top of the match screen. If you don't win, reload your save and try again. The achievement will unlock after winning the last match of the European Cup series in April.
