Choose to play as Lyon. You will need to have the highest rating in the Coupe de Ligue rankings AND win the final match of the series. The best way to do this is to save before entering the match screen and ensure that you win every game that says "Coupe de Ligue" at the top of the match screen. If you don't win, reload your save and try again. The achievement will unlock after winning the last match of the series.
