Choose to play as Bayern. You will need to have the highest rating in the National Pokal rankings AND win the final match of the series. The best way to do this is to save before entering the match screen and ensure that you win every game that says "National Pokal" at the top of the match screen. If you don't win, reload your save and try again. The achievement will unlock after winning the last match of the series in April.
