Choose to play as the Rangers. You will need to have the highest rating in the Scottish League Cup rankings AND win the final game in the series. The best way to do this is to save before entering the match screen and ensure that you win every game that says "Scottish Cup" at the top of the match screen. If you don't win, reload your save and try again. The achievement will unlock after winning the last match of the series.
