Choose to play as Madrid. You will need to win all of the games in the Copa del Rey series, which starts in September. The best way to do this is to save before entering the match screen and ensure that you win every match that says "Copa del Rey" at the top of the match screen. If you don't win, reload your save and try again. The achievement will unlock after winning the last match of the series in mid-April.
