Choose to play as Benfica or FC Porto. The Taca de Portugal starts in January, and you need to win every round. The best way to do this is to save before entering the match screen and ensure that you win every game that says "Taca de Portugal" at the top of the match screen. If you don't win, reload your save and try again. The achievement will unlock after winning the last match of the series.
