Not really a guide, but unlike the original game this is based on the Time not the Score and has to be done on Normal Difficulty.
Stage6 Time to beat is: 22:47
I'm not sure if cut scenes count or when in the shop menu pause time but I skipped all the cut scenes I could and avoided the shops, Having all the Upgrades on Juliet helps with that and don't worry about medals and collectibles.
EDIT: as suggested by Chwzie I've added the time for the Stage.
Also OhRiotGrrl Commented that they completed Stage6 on Easy, I haven't checked it myself but maybe it'll pop for others on easy

I can confirm doing it on easy difficulty popped the achievement.
