This Achievement can be done on Stage 2 - Stadium.
Once you’re a top the roof for a second time there will be 4 fire fighters (Including a named one) where you can get this achievement. Kill all 4 Firefighters and an exit will open. DO NOT leave just yet, lighting strikes this specific rooftop every 6 seconds. Just stand near where you’re able to chainsaw dash out of the area and try and run into the lighting 10 times, achievement will pop.
Alternatively, if you’re having too much trouble with this I’m pretty sure you could also get this during the Vikke boss fight which is at the end of the same Stage, defeat the first part of his boss battle and he will be split in two, from there do no damage to him and his torso will float to the top of the ship, just let him keep electrifying you and this should also work!
