How to unlock the OMG, Music Is Soooo Coooool achievement in Lollipop Chainsaw - Definitive Guide

To unlock this achievement you need to acquire every single available song for your in game "jukebox". The two main things to remember when going for this achievement is that you need to buy all the songs available (many will continue to unlock as you progress through the story) and that every time you "surpass" one of dad's high scores you unlock a new song.so to get this achievement you must have beaten the Dad scores for every stage. Are these the only thing you need platinum medals for, I have over a hundred and want to buy some outfits while I grind the last few achievements.

I unlocked a sound for completing the game on hard do you need to complete it on very hard as well to get another soundtrack?

Difficulty doesn't matter. I completed the game on Normal and then went back and beat all dad's scores on Easy. The achievement unlocked when I'd purchased the rest of the music from the chop2shop. They are 3 platinum medals each. You can check your music in Juliet's Room on the first tab. All the tracks are from 83 onwards.
So, basically I got the achievement without ever playing on Hard or Very Hard.

BGMs will be rewarded to you for beating each of the seven stages. Some of them will also be unlocked in Chop2Shop.Zom for purchase aupon defeating a stage boss. The last 7 BGMs will be your rewards for beating Dad’s Score in each stage. You will need at least 33 Platinum Medals to buy them all.

Simply purchase all remaining BGM’s through Chop2Shop.Zomm, which are located under the MP3s section, to unlock this trophy.
