Each trail has three or four expert challenges. The challenges with a crash requirement can be done at a slow and careful pace. The challenges with a time requirement can be blitzed from checkpoint to checkpoint until you are satisfied with your time in each section.
There is one difficult challenge per trail with both a time and a crash requirement. This playlist on YouTube shows completion of each of these challenges. The runs are not meant to be flawless or amazing (they're actually pretty bad, to be honest) but rather to illustrate shortened paths through each trail that can be taken in order to complete the challenges.
After completing the expert challenges on all 16 trails, this achievement will unlock.

Hey ! Why is my fourth expert challenge Locked ? I would like to finish all the challenges before I move to another level ? Why is that how do I unlock it ?

It probably requires a specific bike that you haven’t unlocked yet. So once you unlock the required bike, you could do it.
