I unlocked this one on the first trail of Redmoor Peaks. There are several places where you have to make a lengthy jump over the river. One of those should get you the achievement; it will pop when you cross the finish line.

Worked for me, thank you. No idea which one did it, I crashed a whole lot... but that meant that I was jumping a lot :)

I was concerned that the default bike would not have good enough stats to reach 15 meters but I was able to unlock it. It is unfortunate that it doesn't unlock until you cross the finish line though because you have to finish the whole run to know whether you jumped far enough.
