How to unlock the Just Trailing achievement in Lonely Mountains: Downhill - Definitive Guide
For this achievement, you need to complete all the beginner-level challenges for all 16 trails in the game. Night trail challenges DO NOT COUNT towards this achievement.
The majority of these challenges will be "Complete trail in x:xx amount of time" or "Complete trail with less than X crashes". There will be some challenges that are bike-specific though, so you may need to play some expert trail challenges to unlock enough bike parts for the Trailblazer and Pace breaker bikes.
The challenges don't need to be done on the same run, so you can go for speed one run, then less crashes the next. The speed runs aren't hard at all, and even finding one or 2 shortcuts on the trail are enough to come in under the limit. You can also restart at checkpoints as many times as you'd like, so don't be afraid to go for the fastest lines. For the crash challenges, stick to the main trail as much as possible to avoid dangerous or unpredictable sections. Take your time and the crash runs are easy.
I'd recommend doing different runs with different bikes to work towards the "All trails with XXXX bike" achievements as well.
