Start game
Mountain 1 (Graterhorn)
Trail : Widows Ravine
Bike: Any ( I did it on the first/default bike)
Just go slow, using the left trigger to brake and the right trigger to accelerate.
Do not use A to sprint, will more than likely cause a crash, no time limit so take as long as you need.
If you crash do not just hit restart run, you need to go back to the menus and go back into a level.
I crashed and hit restart run, it never unlocked without me going back to the menu.

Technically, if you do this level (1st) there is one section where you must use Sprint to clear 1 gap about halfway through the trail.
