The achievement can be unlocked easily at the very first mountain, right after the second checkpoint. Sprint a little and head right into a bunch of rocks. That is something you may very well unlock without even trying.

To make this even easier, hold A to sprint just before and press B and it bails you out over the handlebars. Once I discovered the button to bail I did this easily.
