This achievement requires completing the 31 challenges on Mount Riley, which is the fourth mountain.
The hardest challenge for each trail has both a time and a crash requirement. The other challenges are much easier since you can take your time for the "x crashes or fewer" challenges and you can blitz checkpoints and crash often for the challenges with a time requirement.
Here are my successful runs on the hard challenges which show workable paths through the trails. These runs are far from optimal but were sufficient to complete the challenges.
Trail 1 in 2:10 or less with fewer than 7 crashes (Boar)
Trail 2 in 2:20 or less with fewer than 8 crashes (Geronimo)
Trail 3 in 2:10 or less with fewer than 8 crashes (Grasshopper)
Trail 4 in 2:20 or less with fewer than 7 crashes (Geronimo)

On the fourth trail I have two additions to your wonderful video that made things easier for me. In section 5/8 I thought it was easier to not go around the fallen tree, but instead follow the path next to the tree and boost over the hill, just behind the tree (as otherwise the hill is too steep). Make sure to watch out for the pit directly after!

Also, in section 6/8 the route in the video makes you follow the path, go underneath a broken tree and along a steep hill to reach a new path. It is much easier to take the path down before you take the path downhill towards the broken tree! :)
