Odds are you may get this achievement naturally by wanting to build a new building, but realizing it has an adjacency requirement. (ie. a Warehouse needing to be adjacent to your Supply Depot).
However, if you're just starting out, or starting with a fresh file, your first structure will obviously be the Campfire. This cannot be dismantled, so you cannot start a new run and dismantle it immediately. Similarly, you cannot dismantle the Survivors' Tents either; those can only be removed via the construction of Mud Huts and does not count toward this achievement.
Because most buildings are fairly useful, the simplest way to acquire this (assuming natural progression without accidentally acquiring it) would be to build and dismantle a farm because:
- the resources required are fairly simple and all attainable easily early game with the basic cards
- the herbalist's hut is invaluable and should be one of the first things you build (and is the prerequisite)
- farms do not provide an extensive benefit to the game other than being able to craft the food buffs (which are not too significant early on)

No need to worry about any of the above.
After your first expedition and you're back at camp. You should have enough to make a field kitchen. Hit start and save game. Now make the field kitchen. Now click on your field kitchen, hit RT to dismantle and hit A. Achievement unlocked.
Hit start and select save slot and your save. It'll reload to before you made the Field Kitchen.
